Spotlight: The Bespoke Journey
At Stelios Jewellers our speciality is bespoke jewellery, designed especially for you.
The custom design process at Stelios Jewellers is unique. From the moment you consider us to join in your journey we appreciate the privilege, share in the excitement, and are intent on making it as seamless and enjoyable for you as possible. Whether it be a brand new design such as an engagement ring, or remodelling to give an older piece new life, most of our clients leave as friends which is testament to our authenticity and dedication to this process.
The first stage is a conversation. Communication is everything and we like to listen. This is where you let us know what you have in mind, when you’d like it finished, perhaps what your budget is, what you love, what you dislike, anything you wish to share. You may have a drawing, a photo or perhaps just a dream of what this piece will look like. At this stage we talk honestly to you about what is possible and how we can help. This can be done in store or if distance is a barrier by other means of contact.
From here, if you wish and applicable to your needs, we would offer you a selection of loose stones to view. We have an impressive collection of diamonds, coloured stones and pearls in store and if nothing we have suits we have access to countless stones that are able to be brought in for you.
We then progress to a design stage with you. We can sketch your dream piece and present you with options and quotations. We keep talking, we tweak, we adjust. We don’t stop until it’s looking just right.
Depending on the item, the next stage is a three dimensional model. This a wonderful option to help you visualise the finished piece with ease. We can play around laying out the stones into the model and discuss any changes you might like made. This stage helps you get a real time feel for your new piece and remain comfortable and confident that the process is heading in the right direction.
Next…your piece is made by hand, with absolute love and care, by one of our skilled and amazing jewellers, right here in our Perth studio.
The last (and best!) stage…..we unveil your bespoke piece of jewellery. Seeing your vision come to life is amazing for us, but most of all we love to see your smiles and share in your joy when you first clap eyes on your piece. We aim to make it an unforgettable experience for you, the first of many beautiful memories that will be attached to this heirloom as you walk through your life with it bedazzling you and everyone around you!
